Term & Conditions

1. All items sold are INCLUSIVE of delivery (unless stated otherwise), exchangeable or refundable.

2. Since items under pre-loved category, do expect as it is. But we ensure to inspect and clean up the item even before we publish it online.

3. Inquiries are highly welcome. However, we will only accept/proceed the orders for those who has confirmed with us by sending the BOOKING FORM.

4. Account details will be given prior to confirmation.

5. Payment should be made within 24 hours. If not, reservation will be cancelled or item will be re-listed without any noticed.

6. For booking purposes, 50% deposit will be charged for each item and balance to be settled on or before the agreed due date.

7. Please send us a notification after payment done. Items will only be sent after we received the FULL PAYMENT.

8. Items will be packaged properly. However, we will not hold responsibility for any lost and damages during delivery.

***9. No cancellation or refund once reservation is made.For item which is RM 50 or less, i required FULL PAYMENT to be made.
